Can I still use my home for personal use?
Of course you can. Just keep in mind that the peak rental season is when you will see the biggest returns on your investment. We encourage homeowners to schedule personal use of the property in the shoulder or winter seasons.

What supplies do I need?
We supply all the consumables. We will also provide you with a comprehensive list of amenities that you will need to get started.

Who arranges and pays for the cleaning and laundry?
We do! Your home will be professionally cleaned after each guest, and will be inspected after each clean. All laundry is done off-site.

What about maintenance?
We maintain a list of qualified contractors (general maintenance, landscaping, pressure washing, window cleaning, plumbing, electrical, hot tub servicing and maintenance, etc), and are able to arrange most jobs on your behalf.

Who deals with the sales taxes?
Stay Ucluelet collects and remits the GST, PST, and MRDT on your behalf, so you don’t have to.
