It's not our first time booking through Stay Tofino, but we tried a new location to accommodate our group and stayed at... the Forest Lodge this time. It was just beautiful with lots of space, a gorgeous private forest hot tub, and it is in the best location between Chesterman Beach North and South. Myself, my 74 year old mother, and my 2 nephews (18 & 20 yrs) were absolutely delighted with our stay at the Moon... Shadow!We spent 3 nights mid-March and everything was perfect!Communications before booking, after booking and during our stay were easy, prompt and helpful. Directions for location, parking and check-in were easy to follow.The accommodation was very spacious, clean and as advertised (both in its written descriptions and pictures).There is a lovely view from the balcony and the location was a 5 - 15 minute walk to most things we needed.I highly recommend booking the Moon Shadow with Stay Tofino and if I find myself in Tofino in the future I will gladly stay again.read more

Best place to stay with your family. We loved it. The kitchen is amazing there are 2 tv 📺 one in a snugg.Loads of... room for your boards and an out door shower. Hot tub is amazing indoor out door fire place. It’s worth every penny.It's so close to the beach like across the street less than a minute walk.Super easy 10 min quick walk over to tacofino and coffee shop.It was super chill. You’re not trying to round everyone up to go to the beach it’s so close you just come and go as you please. My toddler loved it so much. The floors were sturdy so when you walked it was quiet even when my kiddo was playing. And the sofa is huge and super comfy. All in all I give it a 10 out of 10. Felt right home. Also book with “stay Tofino” its way better than air bnb and you save money. 🤩read more

I have stayed at the Peaks twice - it is an amazing space - very spacious and well appointed. The hot tub was great,... but best of all is being close to North Chesterman. It made the logistics of getting to the beach with kids sooo much easier.read more

We had a great stay in the Tofino Cabinas. Location was perfect, easy walking to Mackenzie and Chesterman beaches and... also walking distance to a small grocery store, surf rental and various places to grab a bite. The cabin was very comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed. Highly recommend for the price and we’d definitely come back.read more

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was fantastic and a very short walking distance to town. The space in the... unit worked for our family of 6 adults and 2 babies quite nicely. The kitchen was stocked so we didn’t need to buy things like spices and food wrap which was appreciated and the in suite laundry was an asset. The only downfall to this place was the need for some upgrades in the flooring and living room furniture department. Most certainly useable, just not the most comfortable. We would definitely stay again as the host was very responsive and lovely to work with!Thank you for a wonderful visit to Tofino!read more

The Hilltop Guest House in Tofino had lots of room for four adults, two kids and a dog. The layout of the house allowed... for a family of four to occupy one end and the grandparents in the other end. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. They provided lots of towels including a couple of beach towels.The central area had a well stocked kitchen and roomy sitting area. If you are planning to cook, a grocery shop is definitely required as there was little in the way of spices, oil, sugar etc. which was fine. The weather was uncommonly hot while we were there and the single air conditioning unit in the common area had a hard time keeping the whole house cool. The location provided easy access to shopping any many fine restaurants. There are people in the lower level and they are very quiet.read more

We had a fantastic stay at the Crosby Suite with our pup. The suite was clean and comfortable, with almost everything... we needed! The bed was comfy, and the abundance of dish towels were great. If you are travelling with a dog, be aware that the long term tenant has a sweet big dog who wanders the property- our dog is not a huge fan of off leash dogs, so we had to be cautious with each outing and keep our curtains drawn in case the dog came to our full window door.We loved the short 10-15 minute walk to Chesterman Beach, saving on the parking fees Tofino has implemented.It would have been lovely to have dish soap supplied, as many of our containers were reusable and required washing on arrival- but this was easy enough to purchase from town the following day. We found the wi-fi quite slow, making it difficult to connect via Zoom to teach a few lessons we had remotely scheduled.Overall we now know the quirks of the suite and will likely book again!read more

We went to Tofino for the beach. The 5 minute walk to Chesterman's South beach was fantastic. We left the car in the... provided parking during our day trips (recommend a wagon). Easy to do evening beach walks from the door. It is a short drive into Tofino, Long Beach, Rain Forest or Chesterman's North. Walking distance to Tacofino or Chesterman's North as well. The location was known by our Westside Surf School and rental making pickup/drop off easy. Alternate rentals just down the road at Live to Surf was also a nice option. Purchasing groceries in Tofino or even Port Alberni on the way and being able to cook in the fully stocked kitchen helped save on food costs. In house laundry allows for less luggage. Private back deck with BBQ, including extra tank of propane to ensure we didn't run out was a nice touch. Looking forward to staying again.read more

We stayed at the Cedarwood #1 for four nights and it was overall a wonderful experience. The location was perfect,... close to multiple beaches and not far from the Tofino town. The owner was amazing and very reachable when we needed them. The place itself was very nice. It was a loft style. It had a nice little kitchen and very nice bathroom. The bed and sofa bed were very comfy as well. The price was very affordable too. If I’m ever to return to Tofino, I would be staying here!read more

I've been staying at Stay Tofino properties for 5+ years. Their communication and level of care is top notch. Any time... I have needed to revise a reservation, management has been incredibly accommodating. As for the properties, each house is equipped with everything you need. We have been particularly impressed with the inclusion of crab-cracking tools, allowing us to take advantage of freshly caught crab any time we like! The houses have even included a pack-and-play when we've traveled with our toddler. I cannot recommend Stay Tofino any higher. I will continue to exclusively stay at their properties!read more

My partner and I recently booked a 3 night stay at "The Nook" at Tofino Cabinas. The location was perfect! Chesterman... beach is a 5 min. bike ride and 10 min. walk away. Cafe and other good restaurants are 5 min. walk away. The town is also only a 10 min. bike ride away. The accommodation itself was very cozy and has absolutely everything you need. It is the perfect size for two people. The host was always communicative and responded to my emails very quickly. We will be back!read more

We absolutely loved SALT and were so thankful we found it! What a treat for our family of 6 to spend Easter together in... such a wonderful place. We used the pizza oven (worth the effort) and loved the layout of the house. It was perfect for common meals and activities as well as being able to retreat to our own spaces. It was close to town (walkable if you like walking and are in good shape) and a quick hop to go surfing. Thank you so much for such an amazing stay. The only missing element was a vegetable peeler ;) in the kitchen.read more

This is a great place to stay in a great location. The house was very well equipped and very comfortable. It's an... easy 25 minute walk into town and also a five minute walk to an entry point to the Tonquin Trail, which takes you into town and also over to Tonquin Beach.A couple of minor things to keep in mind. If you like a thin pillow, bring your own. Hand soap was provided, but not a shower bar. There were also only a couple of wine glasses available.High marks for Stay Tofino. We had to contact them on a Sunday morning during a blackout, and they responded within minutes.read more

Stayed at The Nook in Tofino over the long weekend and it was great! The location was ideal; being so close to the... beaches was definitely a selling point. Bike rentals and restaurants also nearby, which we definitely took advantage of. The space itself was super clean and had everything you needed. We just wish there was a hot tub and it would have been absolutely perfect.. Overall it was incredible value and we would definitely return as Stay Tofino guests!read more

Wonderful and very relaxing week at Burnside House! The architecture of the house is stunning. The living spaces are... very spacious. We cooked daily in the well-appointed kitchen. We went surfing every day and we loved the outdoor hot shower and hot tub. We visit Tofino every year but this was our first time booking through Stay Tofino. This home was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect for walking into town and we even walked to the Tofino... Brewing Co (a couple of kms each way) and back quite easily. Great access to the beaches and went for beautiful runs right from our door. We had a hard time leaving it. The views were absolutely stunning and the home was amazing with Fairmont Hotel level bedding and beds. The home is so cozy and functional and well perfect for our little family getaway. My kids made fun that I loved the kitchen so much I didn't want to leave it. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely try to stay in this house again if we ever get back to Tofino. We will always remember Salt and Tofino fondly!read more

I've spent a lot of time in Tofino and the Cozy Curlew (operated through Stay Tofino) is the most beautiful and perfect... place I've stayed. Extremely clean, stylish, warm, and homey, not to mention an incredible "backyard" with a hot tub and outdoor shower surrounded by trees, the Cozy Curlew makes each stay that much better and we will continue to go back to it. Seriously fantastic location. We spent the most wonderful and peaceful Christmas at Serenity. Just a two minute walk... to Chesterman beach. The whole process, check-in, booking etc was seamless. The cabin had everything we needed and more. We even realized my husband forgot his apple watch at the cabin a few weeks after we left, which they located and mailed back to us. I highly recommend Stay Tofino not only for the beautiful cabin but for the integrity of the company as well.read more

Stayed @ Surfwood Hideaway and it was a dream to walk into! The grounds are beautiful and full of greenery, maples,... trees, flowers and lovely birdsong. Easy to use for booking, GREAT communication and reminders etc. Can't say enough about the house we rented, just beautiful and could have easily unpacked and stayed forever! Spacious, full of beautiful features and art work! Despite the rain, the house was warm and welcoming with so much light as the amount of windows was amazing, the layout was great as two families or a two couples could easily make the space work for them. I will definitely book through Stay Tofino again as it made reservations a breeze!read more

We have had five previous stays in Tofino, and for our sixth, stayed at the best of them all! Can't say enough about... Tidal Retreat House in Jensen's Bay. On a quiet street, and a very short walk to Chesterman's Beach, this home is outstanding. Beautifully appointed, our family of 6 had a fabulous Thanksgiving weekend. Everything you need to have large family dinners is available, and in almost brand new condition. Appliances are top of the line, and the house is immaculate. Booking with Stay Tofino made it easy for us, they gave us all the instructions we needed, self check-in is always a... plus so you can go on your own planning. The property "Cedarwood #1" was clean and well maintained. Bed is comfortable, the high ceiling give you the feeling that the place is wide. You’ve got all you need to cook. The look of a wooden chalet make it look special and you will also get privacy and peace. The location is great, just outside of the village and very close to the beach and the small grocery. Never had any issues in 9 days, had a great time there and will book again with Stay Tofino, they offer so many great options in town and give an excellent service, so you can focus only whats really matter !read more

Re four night vacation rental in Tofino booked with Stay Tofino.We chose to rent Hilltop Guesthouse this past weekend... to celebrate a milestone birthday.Our family of four adults had more than enough room to provide privacy as needed as well as plenty of space to gather and celebrate.The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to effortlessly prepare the bulk of our meals, including Thanksgiving dinner, at home.The walk to town was short which we considered to be of great importance.All pertinent information to navigate the rental was readily available.Dealing with Stay Tofino was simple, straightforward and timely.read more

Tidal Retreat House is beautiful! It has generously sized rooms and loads of windows offering scenic views of the... surrounding beauty. The house offers several siting spaces, both indoor and out. There is a wonderful wrap-around deck off the back of the house with a view that I consider to be an artist's dream. The sauna is a bonus. Communications from StayTofino were clear and regular, but not overwhelming, and provided articulate instructions for gaining access as well as the terms and conditions. My daughter was getting married at Long Beach Lodge Resort, which is a few minute drive from Tidal Retreat House, which provided a wonderful meeting space throughout the weekend. We would love to have enjoyed sitting around a fire in the outdoor fire pit, but a fire ban did not allow that. Nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Tidal Retreat House and would come back to stay in a heartbeat.read more

We were very happy with our Tofino stay. The instructions from Stay Tofino were very clear. The house was amazing. It... was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed or even consider we needed. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking or baking any meal you wanted. The beds were firm with good linens. The whole family enjoyed the great board games available. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is central to town and the beaches. It was awesome to come home from the beach, rinse off with the outdoor shower and then wash up and relax. Would definitely stay here again.read more

This house is beautiful. The kitchen has absolutely everything you would need and all great quality - so wonderful as... we cooked most of our meals. A lot of thought was put into making the house work for Tofino including an outdoor shower, BBQ and hot tub (essentials for the weather and activities). Very quiet neighbourhood and the beach access is a 2 minute walk away which made our daily trips with kids super easy. Loved itread more

We stayed at the Tidal Retreat House for a week. Not only was the house beautiful, it was beautifully equipped. The... check in and check out procedures were very clear — and there were emails provided a few weeks, a week and then a day or two before the stay to make sure we had all the information we needed. We would happily come back to the property or another Stay Tofino managed home.read more
